Match recycled polypropylene to your process
PP regranulate is recycled polypropylene supplied as granules. The polymer designation alone does not define a production material. At MOBI, selection starts with the finished part and processing method. Tell us whether you use injection moulding, extrusion or another process, and which properties matter for your application. Suitability must be confirmed for the selected grade and batch.
Melt flow rate, colour and batch consistency
If your specification includes MFR or MFI, provide the value, unit, test temperature and load. A result without test conditions is difficult to compare. Also state colour, mechanical requirements and permitted additives. For recurring deliveries, agree acceptable property ranges and batch identification. The technical data sheet and available test results are confirmed for the proposed material.

Before you order
Is every recycled PP grade suitable for injection moulding?
The name alone is insufficient. Material properties must match the process and part requirements. Send your specification or the data sheet of the material currently used. A substitution needs to be assessed and may require a processing trial.
How do I order recycled PP from MOBI?
Send the information in the table and your required quantity to our plastics team. Supply is on a wholesale basis, typically from around 1 tonne. Minimum batch, availability, documentation and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
