What materials does MOBI supply?
We supply steel and metallurgical products: wire, bars, flat bars, strips and foils, as well as non-ferrous metals. Our second business area covers commodity and engineering plastics, thermoplastic elastomers and recycled materials.
How can I request a quotation?
Contact the relevant department by phone or email. Include the material, grade, dimensions, quantity, required delivery date and destination. If your specification is incomplete, we can help you define it.
What are the lead times?
Lead time depends on material availability, specification and transport arrangements. It is confirmed in the quotation and order. Include your required quantity and delivery date so that we can check the available supply options.
Are quality documents available?
We provide the required quality documentation. For metal products, document requirements, including an EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection certificate, are confirmed in the quotation. Technical data sheets are available for plastics.
Do you handle non-standard orders?
Yes. We check non-standard dimensions, grades and processing requirements with mills and manufacturers. Send your specification or technical drawing to our sales team.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity depends on the product, specification and availability, and is agreed for each material. We handle both smaller orders and full truckloads.
Can you arrange transport?
Yes. We use our own vehicles and transport partners. Delivery arrangements in Poland and abroad are agreed when preparing the quotation.
Can I collect an order?
Yes, after arranging a collection time with our sales team. The warehouse is at ul. Północna 15–19, Wrocław, Poland.
Can you help select a polymer?
Yes. We discuss the application requirements, processing method, colour and required modifications. A specific grade is selected using its technical data sheet and your requirements.
Does MOBI operate a quality management system?
Yes. We introduced our quality management system in 2003. The current ISO 9001 certificate is available in the Documents section.
